International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 50,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.
Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA)
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is an international federation of more than 100 local associations and affiliated organizations. Founded in 1907, its 16,500-plus members own or manage more than nine billion square feet of commercial properties. BOMA International's mission is to enhance the human, intellectual and physical assets of the commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research, standards and information. BOMA International is a primary source of information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends.
The Construction Institute, a division of The University of Hartford, is a non-profit, non-partisan association of diverse professionals working to improve the construction industry by sharing experiences and knowledge, advancing relationships, and developing business leaders.
Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce (GNHCC) Regional Leadership Council
The Regional Leadership Council (RLC) was formed in 1979 by ten major Chamber member CEOs and is now a consortium of the largest employers in Greater New Haven. Staffed by the GNHCC, the RLC sets priorities for economic development and shapes policies to foster sustained economic growth for Greater New Haven. The RLC also provides targeted support for the arts, educational issues, and regional marketing.
Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce
The Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce, founded in Meriden, Connecticut in 1896, is an independent, private, not for profit membership service organization providing 115 years of service to the greater Meriden community.
